Product description:

Barrikade Stone Pavia is a two-component polyurethane binder. The binder/product Barikade PU-Steindekke is used for the installation of the Barrikade PU-Stone Pavia system.

Uses:

Barrikade Stone Pavia is a binder that is used for refurbishment of old asphalt, sealing ofconcrete balconies or other outdoor areas where a decorative pavia is needed.

Mixing:

Barrikade Steindekke is supplied in units ready to use comprising component A (Base)

and component B (Hardener). The A component must be mixed before use. Pour contents of B into A container and mix thoroughly for several minutes. Keep the components at room temperature 24 hrsbefore use.  To avoid exotherm, do not leave in sunshine after mixing

Application:

Barrikade Steindekke is applied with rubbersqueegee or steel trowel in a uniformthickness. The aggregates are broadcast immediately. Barrikade PU-Steindekke can also be usedwithout aggregates as a membrane.

  Health and safety:

Use gloves, suitable clothing and goggles when using multi component resins. If material is in contact with the skin, wash with soap and warm water. If exposed to eyes, rinse with plenty of water and contact physician. See Material Safety data sheet for more information!

Clean-up:

Tools are to be cleaned with solvents, e.g. Barrikade EP-Tynner, acetone, xylene and so on. Cured material must be removed mechanically. The technical data presented here, as well as our instructions and recommendations, are based on numerous tests and on our experience. They are intended to assist the user in finding the most suitable working method and obtain the best possible results.
